Franchisee of The Year

Awarded to the franchisee who represents and supports the OSA mission and vision while embodying the perfect example of a steward for the brand. They must be in business for at least 18 months as of December 31, 2025, and earn one of the highest annual revenues for the calendar year. This franchisee positively contributes to the OSA network and consistently uses OSA tools, programs, and IQ to provide optimal service to each client. They excel in positively contributing to the Oasis network, radiating our Purpose and The Way We Work in everything they do. This award may only be won once.

Pinnacle Award

Awarded to the franchisee who upholds the mission of Oasis Senior Advisors by demonstrating complete and effective use of IQ as part of the service provided to their clients and families. They must be in business for at least 6 months as of December 31, 2025, and must be in good financial standing. This award will be given to one franchisee in each of the business concept levels (Solopreneuer; Team Concept; Empire Builder), and may only be received once.

Top Territory Award

Top Territory is the single territory that has earned the highest gross revenue for the 2025 calendar year. Territories that operate as a mulit-territory work group are assessed based on their individual performance, where the revenue is associated with the territory that owns the zip code of the community invoiced for a client move-in, or in the case of placement with another location, the Regional Team, or out of territory, the originating territory the client was associated with upon entry. The Top 10 Territories will be honored on the “Top 10 Territories” board in alphabetical order, and with ribbons. The winner will be announced during Convention.

Humanitarian Award

Awarded to a committed, dedicated member of Oasis network, who has proven to go above and beyond the call of business to support the senior population in their community. The winner of this award is chosen out of submitted nominees. Nominations are solicited during December, and you may nominate anyone in the network – another Owner,  Advisor, Team Member, or yourself.

Rookie of the Year

Awarded to the franchisee who has been in business between 6 and 18 months as of December 31, 2025, and earned one of the highest annual revenue for the 2025 calendar year amongst those in this group. They consistently use OSA tools, programs, and IQ as part of the service provided to clients and their families. They excel in positively contributing to the Oasis network, radiating our Purpose and The Way We Work in everything they do.

Brand Champion

Awarded to a member of the Oasis network whose core values are commitment, selflessness, and a steadfast dedication to our Purpose and elevation and expansion of the Oasis brand. The Brand Champion contributions have significantly strengthened the Oasis network over the past year. With a positive and supportive attitude, this person shares knowledge to help fellow network members, improve the Oasis model, and expand the brand. These examples include leading a sales board, participation in validation calls, active involvement in special projects/work groups and committees, introduction to/facilitation of strategic and national partnerships, offering successful tips and strategies, and actively embracing and leveraging our SilverAssist family of brands.

Rising Star Award

Awarded to the franchisee who epitomizes our Purpose and the Way We Work, while demonstrating a clear understanding of the Oasis Senior Advisors value proposition. They have consistently grown their revenue throughout the 2025 calendar year, and have consistently applied our models and tools to provide excellent service and dedication to their clients, customers and partners.

This award celebrates a cross-brand team that not only excelled in communication and leveraged numerous Silver services but also went above and beyond to ensure a family received the highest quality care. Each month during the year, we spotlight a group of team members that worked together, across multiple SilverAssist brands, leveraging each other’s expertise and services, to help a family in need.​ The winner is  chosen from the monthly Teamwork Spotlights. Each member of the winning team receives an individual award and the team is added to a plaque that hangs in our office in Hendersonville. ​
